We want your rental experience to be smooth, transparent, and positive. Below you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about our application process, fees, payments, maintenance, and policies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I apply for a property?

You can apply directly through our website by selecting “Available Rentals,” choosing the property you’re interested in, and clicking “Apply Now.” Follow the application instructions and submit all required documentation to complete the process.

What is the security deposit?

Security deposits vary based on applicant qualifications and property requirements. Most security deposits range from one (1) month’s rent to two (2) times the monthly rent amount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through the Rentvine Tenant Portal or you may bring in cashier’s check, certified bank check, or money order to our office.

We do NOT accept cash, credit/debit card processing in our office, or personal checks.

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by property. Any applicable pet fees, restrictions, and requirements will be listed in the property advertisement and lease agreement.

Do I need renter's insurance?

Yes. All tenants are required to maintain renter’s insurance throughout the lease term and provide proof of coverage as required by the lease.

Is there an application fee?

Yes. An application fee is required for each applicant over the age of 18. The fee amount is displayed during the application process and is non-refundable.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first day of each month. Payments received after the lease grace period may be subject to late fees in accordance with the lease agreement.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests should be submitted through the Rentvine Tenant Portal. Please provide detailed information and photos whenever possible.

How do I give notice to move out?

You must provide a 30-day written notice to vacate. You can submit your notice through your Tenant Portal or by contacting our office.

How do I access the Tenant Portal?

Once your application is approved and your lease is executed, you will receive instructions for accessing your Rentavine Tenant Portal.
